When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect: your name, email address, and message content. We do not collect credit card numbers, social security numbers, or payment data. If you browse the site without submitting a form, we do not collect personally identifiable information beyond standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL).
We use submitted contact form information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may use a CRM system (LeadTrack, operated by Cyticx) to store and manage contact form submissions. Cyticx processes data on our behalf and does not independently use your data for marketing.
This site does not use tracking cookies. Standard session cookies may be set by the web server for technical operation; they do not track you across sites.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted unless ongoing correspondence requires longer retention.
California residents may request: (a) disclosure of personal information collected; (b) deletion of personal information; (c) opt-out of sale (we do not sell data). Submit requests via our contact form.
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect submitted data.
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
